Our Process and Our Expectations

Our family run business cares about your motorbike - just as much as we care about our own. We want your experience to be a positive one,  that you can trust us and that we will take care of you and your bike!

We expect to be taken care of as a customer, so we make sure our customers receive the same consideration. We want our customers to understand the transport process and that they are kept informed from pick up to delivery.

Run schedules are based on customer demand, and each run must be full before we depart Auckland. Once the run is full, then we confirm the schedule, organise transport details re: times/dates, send these to all parties involved and you just need to confirm via txt, email or by phone.

An invoice is emailed to you and payment is required before delivery via internet banking. The bike is collected and our driver will call ahead on the day to give a you a more accurate ETA.  Our team also contacts you once your bike is collected, so you know we have it.

We deliver the bike to the designated address and a drivers sheet is provided for signing, at pick up and delivery. If you're not home, or unavailble on that day, we can leave it somewhere safe for you.

The safety of all our bikes is vital during transport, so our driver makes sure each bike has its own space, is securely strapped in and photos will be taken prior to loading, to make sure what we collect, we deliver.
